We believe the connectivity issues are now resolved and all services have recovered. We will of course continue to monitor the situation.

An unplanned issue with our hosting provider means that many of our systems are unreachable currently. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime you may notice network errors in the Portal app and be unable to access scenes that are not already saved for offline access.
